Who We Are

ProDispatch holds a fully legal working agreement (Limited Power of Attorney) with a Carrier to act on their behalf in finding, securing, dispatching, and monitoring loads for their trucks. Day in and day out we keep our Carrier's trucks loaded, monitored, and your freight delivered on time, every time!

Since we work directly with the Carrier there is less time lost finding a truck to haul your shipment. Most times we can arrange the shipment and Carrier to haul it in one simple phone call.


What We Do

ProDispatch holds a working agreement with a Carrier to act on their behalf in finding, securing, and monitoring loads for their trucks.

We maintain a complete profile on each Carrier we work for that includes all the necessary information about their Authority, Permits, Insurance, Truck and Trailer Type, size, etc. We are legally authorized to act on behalf of any Carrier we represent when securing loads for their trucks.

Your shipments are quickly and professional dispatched to one of our Carriers that meets your needs. 


We Are Not a Brokerage

We are not a Freight Broker, Brokerage, Freight Agent, or 3PL. ProDispatch is a Professional Dispatch and Logistics Service that represents Carriers in the United States and Canada. Since we directly represent each Carrier that signs on with ProDispatch for our dispatch and logistics service we do not take possession of your freight. Your freight goes directly from your warehouse or supply to the assigned Carrier and truck we represent and dispatch for your hauling needs.
