Question: Where are you located?

Answer: Our main office is located in Nebraska, however we have Dispatchers that are located in several locations across the United States. We believe that having nationwide availability is a key benefit for you or your company.

Question: Do you provide any services other than Dispatching?

Answer: Yes, we can help you with nearly every aspect of your trucking operation, from setup, to daily management, accounting, consulting and more.

Question: What if I already have Brokers and Shippers I work with?

Answer: No problem. We can work with your current Brokers and Shippers of find you new ones. Our job is to simplify your business and keep your trucks loaded. We will make that happen every day!

Question: Am I required to have my own Authority to use your services?

Answer: No, In this day and age there are many Owner Operators and Small Fleets that are signed on or have a lease arrangement with another Carrier who holds the Authority. While it is sometimes simpler for us to work on your behalf when you have you own Authority, it is not required. We just need to know that you have permission to work with us if you run under someone else's Authority. Written permission is best. Our friendly staff can help you walk through all this and help get permission if necessary. Also, If you are interested in obtaining your own authority we can help.

Question: What type of Trucks do you work with?

Answer: We have and make arrangements with Refers, Dry Vans, Flatbeds, Step Decks, and other types of trucks. Really there is not a type of truck we cannot work with. Contact us for all your specialty needs.

Question: What if I don't have my own trailer and just own a tractor?

Answer: ProDispatch at this time does not offer trailers. However we can help you locate the best offer for a trailer to rent or to buy in our vast network

Question: Can I decline a load?

Answer: It's your trucking business and ultimately your decision; we will continually search for loads that meet your profile and criteria. That's our job. The decision to haul is up to you unless otherwise agreed upon.

Question: Are there discounts for Fleet Services?

Answer: Yes, we can work out an agreed upon rate for our services for small and large truck fleets at a discount.

Question: What if I find my own load?

Answer: No problem. All we ask is that you notify us right away so we can offer the load to another Carrier and take you off the working load list for the day.

Question: Do you check the credit of a potential broker/shipper?

Answer: Yes we do. We utilize a credit reporting system. We will do everything in our power while selecting brokers/shippers that are credit worthy and that are factoring company accepted. However, ProDispatch cannot be held liable for collection actions. We will help you to the best of our abilities in resolving issues should be arising.

Question: Is there any long term contracts, what if ProDispatch services are not for me?

Answer: ProDispatch works every month to earn your business, no long term contracts to sign. If you are ever any problems we will make every effort to satisfy them and meet your needs. However we also know that from time to time business changes. You will be welcome back at any time your choose..

Question: Can I use a factoring company?

Answer: We are currently working with different freight invoice factoring companies, however if you have your own that is fine too. We have several options here, but generally all we need to know is which factoring company you are using, and the contact phone and name. If you are looking at starting to factor your invoices, let us know and we can answer your questions.

Question: Do I have to use your services on every truck and every load?

Answer: Not at all. But since you are paying a flat weekly/monthly fee it would be of advantage, however, many of our Carriers use us on an "as needed basis". We will discuss all of this with you when you sign on. The only thing we ask is that you give us as much time as possible ahead so we can better plan for your needs, and if your status changes let us know as well.

Question: Does ProDispatch do the invoicing, and how do I get paid?

Answer: Yes and no, we can handle it all for you if you like through one of our service plans. We have customers who have us do all their paperwork including sending invoices for their loads and we have those who only use our Dispatch service.

We DO NOT accept payment for your loads. We invoice the client with your company information and they pay you directly.

The choice is really up to you. We will take care of all you needs or just a few. Contact us and let's discuss the options.

Question: How can I pay my bill?

Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Credit and Debit cards through Paypal. This is our preferred method and may be required for discount plan pricing. You are NOT required to have a Paypal account. We merely use them as out Merchant Solution. We may also be about to accept Postal Money Orders, Approved Company Checks (requires credit pull, checksystems check, and corporate approval), CommCheck, T-Check, or TCH Check.
