What You Should Know

Independent Contracting

ProDispatch works exclusively with individuals as Independent Contractors to fill our openings as Dispatchers, Recruiters, and some other opportunities. Why? We work with individuals in remote locations and have created opportunities whereby our Independent Contractors use our portfolio of services and tools to generate business.  All Independent Contractors and paid strictly on a commission basis for the work they complete. While we know this model is not right for everyone, it has been our finding that working as an Independent Contractor for ProDispatch there is a sense of owning your own business and being motivated to be successful that serves both the Contractor and the Company in a satisfying manner that produces optimum results for our Customers.


Companies & Professionals
